Adoption Application


Like most, if not all breed rescues, we require that you fill out an Adoption Application and send it to us. 
A donation will be requested at the time of adoption.  The funds are used to continue to fund the work we do which includes the high cost of spay/neuter, veterinary checks and care, food, treats and lodging.  For each rescue dog that we house in our kennels, we must turn away a paying customer and since we have a boarding kennel as our sole means of livelihood, we must ask for an adoption fee.
